WELCOME to Tilghman Landing Chesapeake Bay waterfront vacation rentals. Rest, Relax and Rejuvenate.

What to Know......

We recommend that you do your grocery shopping in Easton before heading down to Tilghman.  There is a small Acme grocery store in St. Michaels that is a good backup.  There is a convenience store with very limited items at the gas station that is just over the bridge on the island.  You can also buy fresh seafood at Chesapeake Landing Seafood Restaurant in McDaniel, about 10 miles before you reach Tilghman.  Weather permitting, we can often assist you in finding fresh fish, crabs or oysters from the Tilghman Island watermen.  The dock is perfect for fishing, sunbathing or watching the amazing California-style sunsets.   You can rent jet skis and kayaks at the Tilghman Marina which is a block from our home. You can charter one of the only remaining skipjacks on the water, The Lady Patty, at the Bay Hundred Restaurant just across the Tilghman Bridge- for an amazing sunset sail any evening.  You can schedule a fishing trip with one of Maryland's top fishermen, Buddy Harrison, at Harrison's Chesapeake House which is walking distance from our home (click here for more info on fishing charters).  St. Michaels is home to the Maryland Maritime Museum, several antique shops and interesting boutique shopping.  There are several wonderful restaurants in St. Michaels and on the island, walking distance from our cottages.

NOTE:  The name of our road was changed, in 2008, from Development Road to Sunset Lane.  They are used interchangeably on MapQuest, Google Maps, etc.  Please do not be confused.  They are the same road.
